Javiera Atenas: PhD in Education and co-coordinator of the Open Knowledge Open Education Working Group, responsible for the promotion of Open Data, Open Policies and Capacity Building in Open Education. She is also a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and the Education Lead at the Latin American Initiative for Open Data [ILDA] as well as an academic and researcher with interest in the use of Open Data as Open Educational Resources and in critical pedagogy. @jatenas
Paul Bacsich: PhD in Mathematical Logic, co-coordinator of the Open Knowledge Open Education Working Group, responsible for the promotion of Open Policies in Open Education. He has experience in advising organisations and countries on the development of policies and programmes related with Open and Distance Education. @pbacsich
Annalisa Manca: PhD candidate at Queen’s University Belfast and a co-coordinator of the Open Knowledge Open Education Working Group, responsible for the promotion of Open Science in Open Education. She has long experience as a medical educationalist, specialising in the use of emerging, social technologies to support healthcare education and continuing professional development. I also have a strong interest in medical and digital humanities and in emotions, empathy and compassion in healthcare. @AnnalisaManca

Community Lead
Santiago Martín: MA in Library and Information Science and BA in Media Production. Currently he works at UCL libraries and is the Community Lead at the Open Knowledge Open Education Working Group. His interests are Open Access and Open Data, and supporting early career researchers and educators into opening up their research and pedagogical resources and also, he is very interested in supporting the Open Education community in developing Open Source Software for OER production. @_stmartin
